A short assessment that maps how your body and mind tend to work, with practical guidance for food and daily life you can use today.
We notice them in our bodies, in the seasons, in the way a day rises and settles. For as long as there have been people, we have paid attention to what helps us feel steady and what throws us off, and used it to live a little better: to do good work, to explore the world around us, and to connect more fully in body, mind and spirit.
Many cultures wrote these patterns down. Healers in ancient India, China and Greece are among the best known, and they often described the same things in their own words. Everspring gathers what they found and makes it practical.
We begin with Ayurveda's three types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, because its explanation makes the clearest starting point: movement, intensity and steadiness, qualities most people recognize in themselves right away. As you go deeper, you'll see where other traditions describe the same patterns.
The assessment looks at how your body is built, how your mind naturally works, and how you respond under stress. Answer from your actual patterns. You'll see your blend of the three types, how your body and mind can lean in different directions, and what that means from day to day.
The map is a general starting point. Making it fully yours happens over time, through your own experience and, when you want it, in conversation with an Everspring practitioner.
Each step builds on the last, at whatever pace suits you. The aim is a few changes that fit the day you already have.
